Attempted robbery

(Reidsville, NC) - - On December 19th at 7:54 p.m. Saveng Kaaosanga, 46, of the Cornerstone Market outside Reidsville, reported an attempted robbery.
A man described as white, and possibly in his 40’s entered the store with his right hand inside his coat as if he had a gun. He kept his face partially covered by pulling his shirt up and holding it with his left hand. The suspect demanded the money from the store, but the clerk refused. Instead, the clerk defended himself by pointing a pistol at the suspect. The pistol misfired, as the suspect proceeded to flee the store. He was last seen getting into what is believed to be a black older model Ford truck.
