Illegal man with illegal coke in the gas cap lid

Narcotics Investigators with the Sheriff’s Office were traveling south on 220 business in Stoneville when they observed a tan colored 1998 GMC Suburban traveling at a slow rate of speed and weaving in the intended lane of travel.

After stopping the vehicle, they found a hispanic male without a valid driver’s license to be the driver. After further investigation, the gas cap lid was opened and investigators found a bag containing numerous other clear bags of cocaine. Inside the vehicle other bags of cocaine was found.

Martin Santana Rodriguez, 26, giving an address on Axton Road in Virginia was arrested and charged with Possession With Intent to Sell/Deliver Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, and Maintaining a Vehicle for Controlled Substance. The vehicle was seized, 11 grams of cocaine was seized, and Rodriguez, an illegal, was given a secured $50,000 bond. Immigration has been contacted.
